One Lfe Start over Waiting list
Personal health intelligence

Your health lives in a dozen places.
One L1fe reads it as one.

Lab reports, doctor's letters, wearable data, training apps, a journal. Every piece already exists. Here it lands in one record, one model of you reads it, and your coaches plan from it.

Join the waiting list

The Digital Twin sits in the centre, six areas around it: Sleep, Exercise, Nutrition, Resilience, Longevity and Health Record. Each feeds the same model.

The problem

The people with the most health data
are the most stuck.

Sleep and heart rate live in a watch app. Training is logged in a second one. Blood work arrives as a PDF. Each is read on its own, against an average, and none of them reads the others.

Countless tools, subscriptions, tests and coaches, each with its own app and its own monthly fee. Still, not one of them connects the full record to a plan.

Personal experience showed us how lab results can explain years of symptoms and still arrive as a PDF that nothing else reads. Every input exists, and still nobody holds the whole picture.

From the app to the model

Your Digital Twin, always within reach.

On your phone the Digital Twin is one calm figure, grey until you train. Each session colours the muscles it loaded, and the colour fades as they recover. Behind it sits the record every coach reads from.

One record, one model of you, one life. That is the 1 in the name.

Your home screen

One screen holds it all.
You decide what sits on it.

Every reading you keep has a tile: sleep, energy, steps, markers, biological age. Hold one and move it, hide what you never read, add one from any hub. This phone is live. Try it.

How it works

Your record, your baseline,
then a plan built on both.

It builds a picture of you from your own data, then writes every plan against that picture instead of an average.

  1. 01

    Build the record

Wearable data, exports from other apps, lab reports and doctor's letters, a journal, what you tell a coach in chat. Everything lands in one record, and you check each value before it counts.

  2. 02

    Learn your baseline

Your usual range is the middle half of your own readings. A resting heart rate of 48 says little next to a population chart, and a lot next to your own last six months.

  3. 03

Your coaches write the plan together

Say what you train for and which days you have. Each coach reads the whole record, not just its own hub, and hands the others what it finds: the nutrition expert the March panel, the sleep coach the short nights, the running coach the sessions that ended early. Where a standard plan and your record disagree, your record wins, and the plan says which coach saw it and why. Week one is on the phone.

The round table

When a question crosses areas,
ask them together.

A heavier training block, and some days later a shift in sleep rhythm. Not a cause, a question that crosses two areas. Pick the coaches it needs. Each answers once, by name, from its own hub, and reads what the others found. The thread ends with one summary: the thing to do.

EarlierNow

Your record, read across areas: the heavier training block and the shift in sleep rhythm a few days later live in two hubs. Separate apps never see them together. The question on the phone is this pattern.

How they talk to you

Same answer, your tone.

Chosen once in Settings, read by every coach and every plan note. Under each answer, one next step the app can take for you.

Sleep CoachTwo ways in: lights out by 22:30 with dinner before 19:00, or keep your usual time and move the session to the morning. I would take the first; it costs you less. Which fits your Wednesday?
Ask the Running Coach about the morning

A reminder, another coach, meal ideas from the Nutrition hub: the app does these itself. Calendar entries follow once you connect a calendar.

Paths

One record.
Your goal sets the target.

Endurance is where we start. The other paths run on the same record and the same coaches. What changes is what the model optimises for, which hubs carry the most weight, and what it refuses to trade away.

Target
Marathon, long distance triathlon and everything in between.
Scoreboard
Threshold pace, long run distance, recovery between sessions.
Never traded away
Sleep and the panel. Fuelling and recovery follow your physiology, not a generic block.
