Operator: One L1fe, Nørrebro Vænge 2, 2200 Copenhagen, Denmark. Contact for anything on this page: hello@one-l1fe.com. That is the controller for the processing described here, in the sense of Article 4(7) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
The waiting list form collects your email address, a phone number if you choose to add one, and an optional message. Messages are stored internally with a valid signup so we can read your questions and understand how you would use One L1fe. They are not published. There is no account or login on this site.
When you join the waiting list we also record the date and time of your consent, the IP address it came from, the exact consent wording you ticked, the technical name of your browser and the country it reports, along with the page that referred you here and any campaign tags in the link you opened. That record is what proves your consent was real, and it is stored together with your entry. If you answer the optional question about what you train for, that answer is stored with your entry as well.
No cookies are set when a page here is opened. Nothing is written to browser storage. There is no analytics tool, no advertising, no social media button, no embedded video and no tracking of any kind by outside companies. The fonts are stored on this site itself, so opening a page sends no request to Google or to any other provider.
That is also why this site shows no cookie banner. There is nothing to consent to.
The site runs on Cloudflare Pages. As with any web server, technical data is processed while a page is being delivered:
Without this a page cannot be delivered at all. It is also what keeps the site reachable and protects it against attacks and abuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, the legitimate interest in operating a working and secure website. This data is not used to build a profile of anyone, is not combined with data from other sources and is not passed on for any further purpose. It is kept briefly by the hosting provider and then discarded.
Hosting and delivery run on Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, as a processor under Article 28 GDPR. Cloudflare serves requests from a global network, so the technical data described above may be processed on servers outside the European Union, including in the United States. Cloudflare is certified under the Data Privacy Framework agreed between the European Union and the United States, and additionally relies on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission. No other provider is involved in delivering this site.
Under the GDPR anyone whose data is processed can ask for confirmation of that processing and a copy of the data (Article 15), correction of it (Article 16), erasure of it (Article 17), restriction of the processing (Article 18) and a portable copy of it (Article 20). Processing based on legitimate interest can be objected to at any time (Article 21).
One email to hello@one-l1fe.com is enough, and no reason has to be given. A complaint can also be made to a data protection supervisory authority, normally the one where you live, where you work, or where the alleged infringement took place.
In practice: if you are on the waiting list, one email is enough to see your entry, correct it or have it deleted. Consent given for the waiting list can be withdrawn at any time, as described above.
The same handling applies wherever a visitor is. Residents of the United Kingdom have the equivalent rights under the UK GDPR, and residents of Switzerland those under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. For residents of California: no personal information is sold, and none is shared for advertising that follows a person across other websites. That has not happened in the past twelve months and is not planned.
This site is not aimed at children, and no data is knowingly collected from them.
One L1fe is in private build and not publicly available. This page covers the website only, and makes no promises about the app. The app's own privacy notice is already written, ready for when it launches: read the app privacy policy.
Why we ask: to send you the launch announcement, occasional product updates and an early access invite when the beta opens. Nothing else. If you answer the optional question about what you train for, we use that answer to decide the order of invites. If you added a phone number and ticked the second box, the same news may reach you as a text message instead. Your details are never shared with anyone else and there is no advertising.
The legal basis is your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, given by ticking the box on the form, together with section 10 of the Danish Marketing Practices Act for the messages themselves. You can withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge, using the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to hello@one-l1fe.com. Withdrawing changes nothing about how lawful the processing was before it.
Entries are stored with Cloudflare, the processor named above, in its key value storage. We keep your entry until you withdraw, or at the latest 18 months after you signed up if One L1fe has not launched by then. After that it is deleted.
If anything here changes, the date under the heading changes with it. Earlier versions are not archived.
