One L1fe Start over Waiting list

Find out what actually works for you.

Your wearable, your lab reports, training and nutrition, read together by AI coaches. Measured for you, not the average.

Thousands of data points about you. Spread across lab reports, apps, notebooks, your watch, screenshots, group chats and spreadsheets.

None of them talk to each other.

A phone shows the home screen of the app: the Digital Twin in a ring of six hubs. Three sources come into it: your wearable, your lab reports and what you log. The morning report reads: sleep 6 hours 52 minutes, resting heart rate 47.

1 · The Twin takes its place

Everything you track, in one figure.

Your wearable, your lab reports and what you log yourself all come together on one Digital Twin.

Read together, every morning.

Every morning, one report puts your night, your training and your values side by side.

A printed lab report goes into the phone. The values read from it are listed (Vitamin D 34, glucose 91, albumin 4.6, hemoglobin 14.8) and each is ticked before saving. Each value then sits on a bar against the range printed on the report; Vitamin D over three reports is higher than the first reading. A biological age of 34.4, next to an actual age of 41, is worked out from nine markers.

2 · One place in

A lab report becomes values you can follow.

Snap the printed report or pick the PDF, check the values and save. Then follow them over time, next to your sleep, training and nutrition, all in one app.

Each value against the report’s range.

And next to your own earlier reports.

Biological age, from your own markers.

Most lab reports get filed away once every value is in range. Nine of those values together estimate your biological age, shown next to your actual age, with how it is worked out.

Not training for anything? Start with last year’s blood test.

The phone opens the Sleep hub; its coach recommends keeping the same hours tonight. Six hubs each have a coach: Sleep Coach, Exercise Coach, Nutrition Coach, Resilience Coach, Longevity Coach and Health Record Coach. A chart shows that weeks with three hard sessions came with shorter nights, read against your own values rather than the average. Each coach can talk the way you like: motivating, consultative, explanatory or direct.

3 · What the Twin reads

Six hubs. A coach in each.

Sleep, Exercise, Nutrition, Resilience, Longevity and Health Record each have an AI coach of its own. Each coach knows its own hub in depth, and your answers draw on all of them.

Patterns across hubs, measured against you.

The coaches look at your hubs side by side, week after week and against your own values.

Three coaches are picked: Exercise Coach, Nutrition Coach and Sleep Coach. The question: my marathon is in February, change my training or my food? Each coach answers and says what it read. The summary: change the training, not the food; three runs and one strength session a week up to race day, carbohydrate before the hard days, the same bedtime.

4 · Round Table

One question, several coaches.

Pick the coaches who should answer. Each one reads its own hub first.

Three answers, one summary.

Each answer shows what it is based on. The summary weighs them for your question.

The summary is saved as a 16-week marathon plan. Week one: an easy run on Monday with breakfast before it and dinner after, intervals on Tuesday morning, strength on Thursday and an 18 km long run on Saturday. Asked to move Tuesday's run to the evening, the Exercise Coach moves it to 18:30 and shortens Thursday's strength from 20 to 15 minutes. Applied to the plan.

5 · Your plan

From the answer to a plan.

Save it as a plan, set your goal, and your week is built around it.

Change it by asking.

An early meeting on Tuesday? Ask, and the run moves to the evening. The rest of the week follows.

After the change, the Nutrition Coach offers three dinner ideas that work after an evening run. The Sleep Coach offers a wind-down reminder at 22:00, and it is set. The Exercise Coach asks to add the new week to your calendar; after you tap Add, five sessions are added.

6 · What follows

One change, and the other coaches follow.

Your run moved to the evening, so the Nutrition and Sleep coaches suggest what fits around it.

Into your calendar, when you say so.

Nothing is added until you tap Add.

A photo of a lunch plate is read into rice (about 180 grams), salmon (about 140 grams) and green beans (about 80 grams). The rice is corrected to 150 grams and the meal saved. One photo of three supplement bottles becomes a list: Vitamin D3, magnesium and omega-3.

7 · Meals and supplements

Take a photo of the plate.

The app spots the foods and estimates the amounts.

Tap to adjust portions.

Less rice than it looks? Change it, and the calories follow.

Bottles too.

Snap your supplements once, and every coach knows what you take.

Four ways in, each adding to the last. Training for a marathon: your watch fills in your current run, your farthest recent run and your kilometers a week, and the plan is built around race day. A blood test, if you want: each coach reads it from its own hub, or several answer together. Over time: with a blood panel and your birth year, a twelve-week Longevity plan opens and ends in a retest. Before a doctor's visit: ask your Health Record Coach how to prepare.

8 · Your way in

Every life is different. So is what you add.

Start with what you have. You decide what goes in, and the Twin fills in as you add more.

Training for a marathon? Start with your watch.

Your current run, your farthest recent run and your kilometers a week come from your watch, and your plan is built around race day.

Add a blood test, if you want.

Each coach reads it from its own hub, or several answer together.

Over time, longevity.

With a blood panel and your birth year, a twelve-week Longevity plan opens. It ends in a retest.

Before a doctor’s visit, ask.

Your Health Record Coach helps you prepare. When a value is far outside the report’s range, the app says it is worth discussing with a doctor.
